Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean by Prime seeks an experienced Commercial Kitchen Cleaning Subcontractor to perform scheduled deep cleaning of commercial kitchens. Responsibilities include cleaning exhaust hoods, grease traps, and heavy equipment while adhering to safety and client requirements.

The role requires transporting and operating cleaning equipment, following regulated disposal procedures, and providing professional service with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience performing commercial kitchen deep cleaning.
• Experience cleaning exhaust hoods, vents, grease traps, and heavy grease buildup preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled commercial kitchen deep cleaning services as per scope of work.
• Deep clean exhaust hoods, vents, filters and accessible ductwork.
• Clean grease traps and dispose properly according to regulations.
• Clean and degrease ovens, ranges, grills, fryers, griddles and steam tables.
• Sanitize prep areas, sinks, and stainless surfaces.
• Clean walk-in coolers/freezers and floor drains.
• Sweep, scrub and mop kitchen floors with commercial equipment.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly.
• Take before/after photos and verify completion of work.
