Job summary

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a Commercial Journeyman Plumber for a Lake Mary, FL school project. Immediate openings for full-time, project-based work with underground rough-in responsibilities and PVC DWV installation.

Applicants should have 5+ years in commercial plumbing, own tools and PPE, and be able to obtain JLA badging in Seminole County. Site safety and reliable transportation are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Underground rough-in experience with PVC DWV systems.
• Ability to read and follow plumbing drawings and layout instructions.
• Must provide own plumbing tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, boots).
• Must qualify for JLA badging in Seminole County.

Responsibilities

• Install PVC DWV pipe for underground rough-in.
• Work in trenches and excavation areas.

Work Scope:

Journeyman Plumbers will be working on a school project in Lake Mary, FL, performing underground rough-in tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing PVC DWV pipe for underground rough-in
• Working in trenches and excavation areas
• Following layout directions and reading plumbing plansEnsuring all underground plumbing meets code and project specifications
• Maintaining jobsite safety, housekeeping, and professionalism

Must be JLA badged in Seminole County (or able to obtain).

Must be able to speak English (school-site requirement).
