Job summary

Jet Industries Inc. is seeking a skilled electrician to join our on-site team in Washington. You will install electrical distribution equipment, conduits, lighting, and low-voltage systems, and troubleshoot wiring and devices.

Reading blueprints and diagrams is essential to deliver safe, high-quality results. Applicants must hold an Oregon Journeyman's License and have basic English proficiency for safety and teamwork on our projects.

Qualifications

• Oregon Journeyman's License.
• Basic proficiency in English required for safety and on-site communication.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical distribution equipment, services, and panels.
• Install in-ground conduits.
• Install lighting and lighting control systems.
• Install wiring systems (NMB, MC, single conductor cable, and conduit).
• Install low-voltage systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting, devices.
• Read complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Operate hand tools, diagnostic hardware, and testing instruments.
• Install or repair electrical connections to HVAC components.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Installation of electrical distribution equipment, services, and panels
• Installation of in-ground conduits
• Installation of lighting and lighting control systems
• Installations of wiring, including but not limited to NMB, MC, single conductor cable, and conduit (EMT, PVC, and rigid) systems
• Installation of low-voltage systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting, and devices
• Read complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Operates a variety of equipment, such as hand tools and diagnostic hardware
• Operates various measuring, diagnostic, and testing instruments
• Install or repair electrical connections to HVAC components

Minimum Qualifications And Experience

• Oregon Journeyman's License.
• Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
