Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a dedicated irrigation technician to maintain and repair commercial irrigation systems throughout the Orlando area. You will inspect systems, diagnose problems, and perform repairs to keep landscapes efficiently watered and compliant with local regulations.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, outdoor work in Florida conditions, and clear communication with account managers and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and troubleshooting irrigation systems.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical irrigation problems.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain commercial irrigation systems.
• Troubleshoot irrigation problems and determine the cause of system failures.
• Repair and replace valves, sprinkler heads, rotors, nozzles, drip systems, piping, wiring, and related components.
• Diagnose electrical irrigation issues using testing equipment.
• Program irrigation controllers and troubleshoot two-wire/decoder systems.
• Read irrigation plans, maps, and system layouts.
• Document completed work and communicate issues to management.
