Konik is seeking an experienced Interior Designer for our Minneapolis-based team. This role blends workplace design, client interaction, field verification, and project coordination to deliver furniture solutions for commercial spaces.

The ideal candidate has strong systems furniture knowledge, space planning experience, and can work with clients, sales teams, and project stakeholders from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in commercial design.
• Experience with systems furniture and workplace solutions.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and producing furniture layouts and design docs.

Responsibilities

• Create furniture layouts, space plans, and design docs using AutoCAD for commercial workplaces.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to align furniture solutions with client budgets and objectives.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and finish selections.
