We’re looking for a skilled and self-directed Interior Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead design on a variety of commercial office projects, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and our in-house construction team from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead interior design concepts for tenant improvement projects
• Produce space plans, finish palettes, and drawing sets
• Coordinate with construction department as well as architecture & engineering partners
• Present ideas and solutions directly to clients
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or a related field
• 5+ years of commercial interior design experience
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365/Office Suite
• Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced design-build environment
