Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office per week) – Atlanta, GA (some travel to IL expected)
Position Type: Full-time, Salary: $120,000- $150,000 , plus potential performance bonuses

Role Overview
As our
Commercial Lines Team Lead, you’ll manage a high-performing team of Account Managers and CSRs, overseeing a book, specializing in sectors like real estate, private equity, and manufacturing. You’ll report directly to leadership and collaborate with operations and production across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor AMs & CSR(s), fostering accountability and professional growth
- Oversee production cycle: renewals, endorsements, quotes, certificates, and client service
- Collaborate cross-functionally across other teams
- Analyze metrics and portfolio performance to drive team success
- Maintain Applied Epic system workflows and automation standards
Candidate Profile
Experience & Credentials
- 5–10 years in commercial lines (P&C required)
- 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong technical knowledge

- Adaptable, community-oriented, genuinely caring
- Excellent communicator and collaborative team leader
- Comfortable with ambiguity and bouncing between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
