Role Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maximize sales potential within the territory.
  2. Achieve financial goals through effective agency performance management.
  3. Collaborate with Sales Director and teams to develop business plans with marketing, sales, retention, and pricing strategies.
  4. Engage with agents via meetings and training to meet sales targets.
  5. Coordinate with managers and agents to set goals, define objectives, and influence business processes.
  6. Travel within the territory to meet with agents and support sales initiatives.
Key Accomplishments
  1. Meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
  2. Conduct regular field visits to support and train agents.
  3. Develop business plans focusing on sales and marketing activities.
  4. Identify prospective customers and optimize lead development methods.
  5. Work with underwriting to ensure quote success and market opportunities.
  6. Stay informed on market conditions, product innovations, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred; pursuing CPCU or CIC is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Commercial Insurance preferred.

Skills: Knowledge of Farmers' products, Property & Casualty and Workers' Compensation insurance, strong sales and organizational skills, excellent communication, proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
