Job summary

Trucker Path Insurance (TPI) is building a national sales team to grow revenue and build lasting relationships with truckers and owner-operators. You will quote, present, and tailor commercial insurance solutions, earning a base salary with uncapped commissions and a strong first-year potential.

You will report to the VP of Sales and work in-office from our Phoenix, AZ location, five days a week, with a team focused on delivering value to drivers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' commercial trucking insurance experience.
• Active Single or Multi-State P&C license.
• Consultative approach—listen, ask good questions, and match solutions.
• Coachable and motivated by continuous improvement.
• Ability to navigate multiple databases, systems, and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Quote and present commercial auto, cargo, occupational accident, and trucking liability solutions.
• Manage your sales pipeline with focus and follow-through.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to sharpen your approach and hit your goals.
• Stay current on market conditions and coverage changes with training support.
