NavSav Insurance is seeking a highly motivated commercial producer to grow an existing book of business and help shake up the insurance world. The role offers uncapped commission, a competitive base, and collaboration with an account team across multiple carriers.

You will establish client relationships, perform needs analyses, and meet monthly sales quotas while leveraging an existing client base and marketing efforts to drive growth.

Formación

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Entrepreneurial personality and self-starter attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Pass background check.
• Good operational computing skill and typing 45+ WPM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a growing book of business.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and develop relationships with business owners via marketing, cold calling, referrals, centers of influence, etc.
• Collaborate with Commercial Lines Account Manager to create, submit, and issue new business policies and renew existing book of business
• Conduct needs analysis with each client, uncover gaps in coverage
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage promptly
• Become familiar with products, services and systems
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes
• Promote new business, cross-selling and new initiatives to support agency goals
