NavSav Insurance is seeking a highly motivated commercial producer to grow an existing book of business. The role focuses on establishing partnerships with business owners, expanding coverage options, and driving new policy sales across multiple states.

A license is required and a background check will be conducted. The position offers uncapped commission, a competitive base, and benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM and good computer skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Must pass a background check and hold a Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners through marketing, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Collaborate with Commercial Lines Account Manager to create, submit, and issue new policies and renewals.
• Perform needs analyses to identify gaps in coverage for clients.
• Respond promptly to inquiries about insurance availability and coverage.
• Meet monthly sales quotas and contribute to agency growth through cross-selling.
