Job summary

Information Providers, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Inspector to perform on-site underwriting inspections, collect data, measure dimensions, and photograph properties. Data will be uploaded to an online platform upon completion.

The role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to handle a high volume of inspections and receive support from experienced field management. A reliable vehicle and mobile device are required to perform duties effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to inspections.
• Must have a Windows-based computer with internet access.
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone) required for communication and data submission.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site underwriting inspections and collect data for condition assessments.
• Measure dimensions of properties and capture photos of all sides, roof, and exterior features.
• Upload collected information to the company’s internet-based platform promptly.

This Position

As an Insurance Inspector, you would be on-site conducting insurance underwriting inspections by collecting data for a condition assessment, measuring dimensions of the property, taking photographs of all sides of the structure, roof photos, exterior amenities, hazards, and identifying building materials of the risk. Upon completion, all information collected will be uploaded onto an internet-based platform.
