EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants’ ESPI Programs Division seeks a Client Executive to manage relationships for middle market to large accounts, focusing on auto dealership and golf course clients. You will work with Producers and carriers to drive renewals, new business, and compliant service.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The ESPI (EPIC Specialty Programs Insurance) Programs Division at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants delivers specialized insurance solutions through program management, risk assessment, and customized coverage. Our team works closely with clients to understand their needs, mitigate risk, and enhance their insurance portfolios, leveraging strong insurer relationships and deep industry expertise. The book is middle market to large, complex accounts and mostly consists of clients who are in the auto dealership or golf course industries.
The Client Executive serves as the primary expert resource and first point of contact for assigned clients within the ESPI Programs department. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, addressing service needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality insurance solutions. The Client Executive collaborates closely with Producers, support staff, and carriers to drive new business, manage renewals, and maintain compliance.

COMPENSATION:
Exempt: The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000. This range represents the employer’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
