As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the key point of contact, helping businesses navigate their insurance needs with confidence.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to expert for our business clients' commercial insurance inquiries, policy changes, and more.
• Deliver exceptional service over the phone, email, and in-person, ensuring clients feel heard and supported.
• Manage policy changes, COI's, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations—ensuring accuracy every time.
• Work closely with underwriters and risk management professionals to provide tailored coverage options.
• Support clients with claims reporting and follow-up, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Educate clients on coverage options and industry insights, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Stay on top of industry trends, keeping clients ahead of the curve with relevant product knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-10 years of experience
