The Daniel & Henry Co. is a leading Missouri-based independent insurance broker seeking a Commercial Account Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in St. Louis, MO or Chicago, IL. You will handle day-to-day account management, service clients, and support relationships on commercial insurance programs, with emphasis on property & casualty coverages.

A valid P&C license and strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills are required; experience with EPIC and SharePoint is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Commercial Account Manager located in St. Louis, MO or Chicago, IL. As a Commercial Account Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve account management and client service. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing assistance with their commercial insurance accounts.

Qualifications

• Valid P&C insurance license
• Strong understanding of commercial property & casualty coverage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to adjust to changing priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work within agency and quality guidelines, follow procedures and demonstrate initiative to collaborate with and support fellow team members
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience with Applied Systems EPIC and Sharepoint is a major plus.
