• Ability to provide administrative, technical, and client service support to the account team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical, and customer service support to the account team and assigned clients.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements and manage certificates, ID cards, binders, invoices.
• Support policy issuance, documentation accuracy, and renewal processes.
• Maintain client and policy data in systems and ensure timely task completion.
