Duties & Responsibilities

As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will:

  1. Work closely with producers and marketers to manage insurance programs, strategize renewals, monitor claims, and handle escalated customer service issues.
  2. Liaise with external partners like underwriters, brokers, and clients to discuss policy details, renewal timelines, and coverage specifications.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum three (3) years of property and casualty insurance experience.
  • Active state insurance license.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
