About the Role

Alabama insurance job opening (statewide with remote, work-from-home options if not commutable to one of their offices) for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager. You will help manage incoming new clients and direct the activities, workflows, and renewal plans.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Manage in-force clients in various stages of their annual policy cycle, including daily policy admin transactions, client engagement, and renewal preparation.
2. Handle the marketing process from start to finish: compile submissions, collaborate with underwriters on risk analysis, and discuss coverage options with clients, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
3. Assist the producer in developing service timelines for top-tier clients.

Skills & Experience

1. 3-5 years of Commercial P&C insurance experience in client service and account management.
2. Experience in the marketing process, including underwriting or placement/brokering.
3. Background in Multi-Line coverage: CGL, Property, Auto, Work Comp, and Professional lines.
