About the Role

100% remote job opening with one of the country’s largest insurance brokers that’s looking to hire an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager. Supporting their North Carolina sales teams, you’ll work with middle market accounts across various industries.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Remarket current accounts during the renewal period
2. Quote policies and process changes online through insurance company websites
3. Follow up on daily activities and correspond with clients, producers, and insurance company underwriters
4. Process auto ID cards, new & renewal policies, endorsements, cancellations, audits, claims, and loss runs
5. Update applications, Acord forms, and supplemental applications

Skills & Experience

Minimum five (5) years of commercial insurance client service experience, particularly working with multiple commercial insurance company rating platforms and lines of business such as GCL, property, BOP, commercial auto, umbrella, and workers' compensation.

Job Specs

Location: 100% remote, work-from-home opportunities available for candidates in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama. Must be willing to work EST hours.
