Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Service and manage an assigned book of commercial accounts, addressing policy, coverage, and risk management needs.
• Drive retention and growth by rounding accounts and upgrading coverage.
• Manage renewal processes: marketing, quoting, carrier negotiation, and strategy.
• Process endorsements, policy changes, certificates, audits, and service requests.
• Place and bind coverage with carriers per guidelines.
• Collaborate with producers on new business submissions and proposals.
• Review policies for accuracy and communicate changes post-billing.
• Document activity, monitor at-risk accounts, and address retention.
• Stay compliant with regulations and internal protocols.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with updates on pipelines and carrier relationships.
