Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
• Strong knowledge of coverages, underwriting principles, and account management practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.
• Manage all aspects of account servicing: renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy administration.
• Market and remarket accounts to carriers for competitive coverage and pricing.
• Review coverage needs and provide strategic recommendations to clients and producers.
• Collaborate with carriers and underwriting partners to negotiate favorable terms.
• Prepare proposals, coverage summaries, and renewal presentations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as needed.
