Premier Talent Partners is seeking an experienced insurance professional for a remote-based role in California. You will oversee account service activities, renewals, and client communications, driving efficient processes and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, a CA Fire & Casualty license, and advanced designations such as CPCU or CIC. Proficiency with AMS 360/EPIC and MS Office is essential, with strong presentation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in insurance with progressive responsibilities.
• Active California Fire & Casualty license required.
• Advanced designations such as CPCU or CIC preferred.
• Solid knowledge of insurance terminology, industry trends, and lines of Business Insurance.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and present information clearly in writing and speech.
• Experience with AMS 360 or EPIC agency management software.

Responsabilités

Location: Remote based in California

Schedule: M-F, 40 hours per week

Salary: $100-120k

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee all ongoing account service activities
• Processing endorsements, cancellations, claims, etc.
• Facilitate carrier marketing selection
• Communicate with clients to obtain necessary quoting information
• Review and deliver summary, proposals and policies.
• Maintain current Insurance Summaries on all accounts.
• Meet regularly with producers to update, advise and inform.
• Client data entry into Agency Management System
• Issuance of acord applications & certificates of insurance through Agency Management system

Manage all facets of new & renewal process

• Initiate client contact and orchestrate renewal strategy
• Gather renewal underwriting information.
• Coordinate coverage placement through instructions from producers
• Review and deliver binders, invoices, etc.
• Prepare and deliver proposals.
• Manage expiration lists.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 10 years of industry experience showing increasing responsibility directly related to the performance of the above duties
• Maintain a valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Insurance license
• Advanced insurance designations applicable to the above duties such as CPCU or CIC designations preferred
• Excellent understanding of insurance terminology, trends and factors influencing the industry, and the various lines of Business Insurance
• Proficiency with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prioritize tasks, set and achieve goals, think logically in solving problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in both oral and written form.
• Ability to present complicated information to a variety of interest groups in a clear and unambiguous way, connecting with the group in terms of style and content.
• Proficiency in agency management software (AMS 360 / EPIC)
