Job summary

Construction Job Force is seeking an Insulation Installer for commercial construction projects in the Madison, WI area. You will install fiberglass batt insulation in walls and ceilings, measure and cut to fit openings, and work with other trades to meet project specs and safety standards.

The role requires comfort working on ladders or lifts, ability to read basic drawings, and reliable attendance. This is a permanent, onsite position with daytime hours and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Commercial insulation or general construction experience preferred.
• Experience with fiberglass batt insulation is a plus.
• Familiarity with drywall and metal stud construction is beneficial.
• Ability to read a tape measure and cut materials to precise dimensions.
• Willing to work from ladders or lifts on site.

Responsibilities

• Install fiberglass batt insulation in commercial walls and ceilings.
• Measure and cut insulation to fit around framing and openings.
• Install insulation between metal studs per project specifications.
• Ensure insulation is installed completely and with no gaps or voids.
• Read and interpret basic construction drawings and layouts.
• Collaborate with foremen, leads, and crew on active jobsites.
