Daily tasks include reading and interpreting site plans, measuring and marking layout lines, digging post holes, setting posts, mixing and pouring concrete, and assembling panels, gates, and hardware to company and client specifications. The role involves operating hand and power tools, loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and safe job site, and collaborating with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines.
