Job summary

Everon in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Installer Lead to install commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and Card Access systems. You will work independently and mentor less senior installers and trainees.

You will lead on-site installations, test systems, ensure code compliance, and deliver reliable customer support. The role requires five+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel on short notice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
• Must have five or more years of experience.
• Must have mastery knowledge of commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.
• Must have full knowledge of local/national codes.
• Must possess strong communication/leadership skills when working with others.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a drug screening.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English.

• Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.

Certification/Licensing

• Must obtain and retain any specific product certifications and/or licenses that are required by national, state and local codes.
• Requires 75 % to 100 % proficiency in Everon Commercial’s Tier 1 product offerings.

• Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule with “on call availability” and must be able to travel on short notice.
