A global hotel group is seeking a Commercial Insights Manager to provide high-quality analyses and actionable insights for hotel performance. Responsibilities include managing analyses, developing presentations, and supporting stakeholder interactions. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in business analysis. The role requires strong communication, project management, and quantitative skills. A hybrid work structure is expected, combining remote and in-office work.
As the Commercial Insights Manager, you will provide high quality analyses and action-focused insights to identify opportunities and support Hotel Performance Analytics and Regional Commercial teams in delivery of IHG’s commercial priorities. The Commercial Insights Manager plays a key role in supporting revenue growth for hotels, brands, and the IHG AMER region. You will work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $115,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
