Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking an experienced professional to support loan origination systems and ensure data integrity in line with CECL data points. You will respond to inquiries, collaborate with compliance and lending teams, and lead training efforts while supporting system releases and department projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration/Finance and 6–8 years of banking experience in lending and customer service, with prior system admin exposure to Abrigo, Moody's

OH0713 NW Bancshares HQ, PA0258 Bellevue, PA0738 Processing CenterJob DescriptionThis individual is responsible for supporting various loan originations systems.Essential FunctionsEnsure accuracy while meeting the established service level agreements and benchmarksEnsure total document and data integrity attributes to comply with CECL data pointsRespond to internal and external customer inquiries with exemplary customer service in the established time frameCollaborate with key strategic partners as needed (i.e. Third party vendors, Compliance, Legal, Credit, and Lending departments)Provide support for system releases and testing of new products and services; troubleshoot issues and challenges that ariseLead any acquisition activities as neededRemain current on relevant system enhancements and updatesMaintain updates to department procedures and user guidesServe as back-up in the absence of the department managerParticipate in a leading role on behalf of department in bank-wide projectsParticipate in department talent recruiting efforts and interviewing processDesign, develop and facilitate department trainingAdditional Essential FunctionsEnsure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulationsNavigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiencyWork as part of a teamWork with on-site equipmentAdditional ResponsibilitiesRemain current on all pending and proposed regulatory changes affecting compliance and attend webinars/trainings covering regulatory and compliance issuesSupport department manager in addressing audit related questions or findingsSupport the departments disaster recovery testing efforts as neededSafety and Health for those without supervisory dutiesAbide by the rules of the safety and loss prevention programPerform work tasks in a safe mannerReport any and all injuries to supervisorKnow what to do in case of an emergencyQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
