SERVICE TECHNICIAN - COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL - Plumbing

Our Culligan dealership is seeking commercial & industrial service technicians to support our existing commercial and industrial customers. Our service department plays a crucial role in supporting customers post-sale and serves as a valuable sales tool for acquiring new business.

As a Commercial & Industrial Service Technician, you should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install water treatment systems such as water softeners, reverse osmosis units, and filtration equipment. Plumbing experience is a plus but not required. The role involves physical activity, including sitting, standing, lifting, and maneuvering within various industrial and commercial environments. You will use problem-solving skills to address technical issues encountered during your work. Previous water treatment experience is preferred.

Our technicians are vital to our dealership's success, providing face-to-face customer service and representing the Culligan brand within the community. They also communicate important information to other dealership departments regarding customer needs.

What do you need to be our next Commercial & Industrial Service Technician?

• Experience in commercial/industrial water treatment, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical industries
• Mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of hydronic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, with critical thinking skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and in physically demanding conditions (lifting up to 185 lbs)
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Valid Missouri driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical exam

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts between 6 AM and 6 PM, with occasional days exceeding 8 hours

Additional Information

Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check, drug screening, DOT physical, and skills assessment.

Pay Range: $25—$30 USD per hour
