BME | Bolsas y Mercados Españoles is seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial Service Plumber to join our field team in Nashville. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities while upholding safety and professionalism.

The role offers top pay of $30–$45 per hour, day-one medical/dental/vision, 80 hours of vacation, a company-paid life insurance policy, a 401(k) match, boot allowance, uniforms, and home dispatch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in commercial and/or industrial plumbing service.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes (IPC/UPC).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces, rooftops, and mechanical rooms.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial plumbing systems including: Domestic water systems, sanitary and storm drainage, gas piping, fixtures and pumps.
• Perform service work, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
• Document work performed and materials used; recommend repairs.
• Communicate with customers, supervisors, and dispatch clearly.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain tools, service vehicle, and jobsite cleanliness.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.

Main Duties:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial plumbing systems including:
