Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC/R systems.
Background in commercial or industrial HVAC/R or electrical mechanics preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
EPA Universal Certification required.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; HVAC/R trade school certificate is a plus.
Ability to effectively use hand tools and read electrical schematics.
Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
