Job summary

Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. in Monroe, Ohio, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to service commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and pumps.

The role requires hands-on diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced facilities environment. You will work with the facilities team to ensure safety compliance and timely service, maintain records, and provide excellent customer support.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• 2) Hands-on experience with chillers and boilers.
• 3) Knowledge of pumps, cooling towers, VFDs, hydronic systems.
• 4) Ability to diagnose electrical and control-related issues.
• 5) EPA 608 Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, VRF/VRV systems, pumps and related equipment.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on HVAC systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform general maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems to support overall building operations.
• Complete startups, seasonal changeovers, and system calibrations for HVAC and mechanical equipment
• Work closely with the facilities management team to ensure all systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
• Respond to emergency calls and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.
