Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including air-cooled and water-cooled systems up to 1000 tons, hot water boilers up to 200 hp, hydronics, piping, air conditioners, pumps, air handlers, cooling towers, gas heaters, controls, and electrical components.
• Maintain accurate service reports, refrigerant tracking, and logs.
• Use mechanical tools and operate vehicles, including forklifts.
• Load/unload trucks and communicate professionally with team and customers.
• Support business operations, including inventory and maintenance tasks.
• Provide sales leads and promote Carrier products and services.
• Assist in training and supervising team members.
• Follow EHS protocols and perform start-ups and teardowns.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• 5+ years of HVAC experience in a commercial setting
• Ability to obtain Forklift Certification
• Type 4 - EPA Universal Certification
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Experience with Windows OS, MS Outlook, web browsers
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project applications and HVAC certifications
• Rentals experience
