The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of projects, from estimating to closeout with the direction of the Senior Project Manager. This includes initial estimation of a project, the buying-out of commitments, preparation of master schedules, monitoring of project budget, close-out, and more. Project Managers also assist the Superintendent team with job site needs. A strong understanding of the design-build process and the commercial and industrial construction industry is required. Candidate should also be able to seek out, build, and maintain vendor relationships.

The company is focused on developing next-gen construction processes and invests in the latest construction software. Candidate must be able to help the team further develop the use of programs such as Procore, Bluebeam, etc.

Compensation details: $90,000 - $125,000 Yearly Salary
