Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC service experience, preferably commercial.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and HVAC troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a service team.
• Knowledge of commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Install HVAC equipment, components, and system upgrades as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and work documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers, facility managers, and team members.
• Ensure work complies with OSHA safety regulations and local building codes.
