Job summary

The Arcticom Group is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and industrial customers in and around the Beaumont, TX area. This role emphasizes service, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC systems with a focus on reliability and safety.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing components, reading blueprints, performing preventive maintenance, and communicating clearly with clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, RTUs, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and compliance drawings.
• Communicate with owners, property managers, and building engineers.
• Provide repair recommendations and assist with quotes for repairs or replacements.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
