Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC is hiring for a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in Columbia, SC. Position offers $28-$45/hour with weekly direct deposit and a generous sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage.
• On-call rotation schedule: one week on, one week off.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
