Environmental Air Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Houston-area field team. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing a broad range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, offering a long-term opportunity with a locally owned Texas company.

We provide hands-on training, competitive pay, overtime, and bonus opportunities. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid Texas Technician

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration
• Experience with chilled water systems and refrigeration equipment
• EPA Universal Certification is required
• Texas Technician Registration is required
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment failures and identify effective repair solutions
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration issues
• Complete service repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial equipment
• Evaluate equipment performance and identify potential problems
• Service and troubleshoot chilled water and refrigeration systems
• Accurately document service calls and repairs using company technology
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
• Maintain a professional image while representing Environmental Air Systems in the field
• Collaborate with other technicians to uphold high service standards
