Qualifications

• HVAC field maintenance and service for commercial customers.
• Proficient in preventive maintenance and basic repairs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adherence to safety practices and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex problems; escalate complex issues to senior tech.
• Use experience to determine service requirements and actions.
• Advise manager on inspections performed and corrective actions.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work overtime, on-call and weekends as required.
