Job summary

Lennox NAS is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to service commercial systems on-site across our U.S. network. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to keep HVAC equipment running efficiently.

The role requires 2–6 years of hands-on experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal, and a valid driver's license. NATE is a plus; travel and some weekend shifts may be required. We offer competitive pay, overtime, company vehicle, PPE and ongoing training as part of Lennox's

Qualifications

• 2–6 years hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification- Type I & Type II or Universal required.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness for occasional weekend/night work and travel.
• NATE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration.
• Handle basic to moderate HVAC problems, escalating complex issues.
• Uses experience and technical skills to determine service requirements.
• Advises manager of inspections performed and corrective actions.
• Works in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must work safely and follow safety procedures daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend work.
