BME Services is seeking a skilled Technician in Indianapolis to support our expanding customer base with exceptional HVAC and refrigeration services. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service, strong problem-solving skills, and an EPA license. Qualifications

• Ability to carry and climb a ladder up to 28'.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine service, maintenance, and warranty work.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections.
• Track and document work performed.
• Travel to customer locations.

Skills

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

3-5 years of commercial HVAC service experience

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Experience with mechanical systems

Education

Valid Driver’s License

EPA license

OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
