5+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience.
EPA universal certification required.
Ability to read electronic schematics.
Ability to lift 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform routine repairs to pump seals, bearings, etc.
Inspect and test systems to verify conformity with plans/specs or to detect malfunctions.
Determine customer concerns with HVAC and boiler systems.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Record faults and time/materials on work orders.
Adjust system controls to manufacturer-recommended settings.
Install components like valves, ducts, pipes, dampers per blueprints.
Study blueprints and specs to ensure proper installation.
Fabricate or install duct work and chassis parts.
Other duties as assigned.
