We’re Hiring: Level 3 Commercial HVAC Technician – Set the Pace, Raise the Standard

Location: Norristown, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $33–$38/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 3 Commercial HVAC Technician who leads solutions, handles high-priority ventilation service calls, mentors junior technicians, and proactively identifies code and safety issues.

This role requires speed, precision, and confidence, as you will be the key person on the jobsite, trusted by customers and team members alike.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage complex ventilation service calls with minimal supervision
• Diagnose and repair airflow, mechanical, electrical, and capture issues
• Identify code deficiencies (IMC compliance expected) and report accurately
• Communicate effectively with customers and support staff
• Mentor and train Level 1 and Level 2 technicians by example
• Take ownership of your truck, paperwork, and performance on every call

What You’ll Bring:

• 4–6 years of commercial HVAC or ventilation service experience
• Expertise in troubleshooting hoods, ductwork, fans, curb systems, and controls
• Knowledge of IMC ventilation system compliance
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work across multiple sites daily
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Strong leadership skills, high field IQ, and pride in workmanship

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Daily lifting of 50+ lbs, working on rooftops, crawling into attics and mechanical rooms, operating lifts and boom trucks, and working in all weather conditions.
