Job summary

Sunstall Inc. in Lexington, KY is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems on a variety of commercial projects.

You will work closely with customers, field staff, and supervisors to ensure systems run smoothly and reliably. Responsibilities include startups, warranty service, reading blueprints, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Familiarity with boilers is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Capable of working independently and delivering excellent customer service.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Perform startups and warranty service for a variety of commercial systems.
• Inspect, test, and repair compressors, motors, fans, and controls.
• Service refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, and humidity control systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
• Communicate with customers and provide service recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist in HVAC and plumbing system installations as needed.

WhatYou'llDo:

AsaCommercialHVACServiceTechnician,you’llplayavitalroleininstalling,troubleshooting,andrepairingheating,cooling,andrefrigerationsystemsonawiderangeofcommercialandindustrialprojects.You’llworkcloselywithcustomers,fieldstaff,andsupervisorstoensuresystemsrunsmoothlyandreliably.

KeyResponsibilities:
