Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in HVAC or related role with equipment expertise.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately.
• Experience operating HVAC equipment and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Start-up, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems on-site to satisfy customers.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements and modifications.
• Coordinate on-site activities for installations and repairs to ensure satisfaction.
• Document work using company software on a tablet and maintain records.
• Stay current with manufacturers’ products for installation, operation, and service.
• Provide technical support and diagnose HVAC issues with effective solutions.
