Mason Pro Services in Phoenix, AZ is hiring Commercial HVAC Service Technicians at Levels I-III. Pay ranges from $30–$54 per hour with performance incentives, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and potential to earn up to $10,000 annually in incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Solid understanding of electrical and refrigeration fundamentals.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
• Ability to calculate superheat and subcooling and verify proper system operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and quoted repairs.
• Diagnose and repair package units, split systems, VRF, and other commercial HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and airflow issues using diagrams and diagnostic tools.
• Complete service documentation before leaving the job site.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
• Support developing technicians and participate in on-call rotation.
