Job summary

Lex Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will work on rooftop units, split systems, and boilers, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, refrigerant diagnostics, leak detection, and reading electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Safety-focused and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, package units, boilers, and chillers.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on commercial equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding system conditions and recommended repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures, local codes, and company policies.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
