Job Summary:

This role is the primary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined market, handling diverse commercial facilities. Responsibilities include commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting HVAC systems, utilizing air conditioning knowledge, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts. Opportunities include working with internal and external partners on new setups and retrofits, with access to technical support and career growth.

Specific duties include coordinating with team leaders and customers, representing the company, diagnosing and repairing units using advanced tools and blueprints, and maintaining safety standards. Flexibility for overtime, weekend work, and occasional overnight stays is required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; 5+ years HVAC experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handheld devices
  • Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, clean driving record
  • EPA Certification

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to operate vehicles safely and wear safety equipment
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and endure variable weather conditions

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $22-38+ / hour
