Your primary objective is to provide HVAC services for commercial clients. Our dedication is to keep families and businesses comfortable. As a local, family owned and operated business, we have been serving Greater Cleveland area for over 40 years!

Job Responsibilities:

· Determine the general condition and diagnose of all HVAC aspects.

· After troubleshooting, repair and fix the HVAC systems.

· Exceptional mechanical and technologically advanced skills.

· Strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service skills.

· Aptitude to precisely inform the customer of your findings/resolution.

· Facilitate a clean and presentable workspace to include company vehicle.

· Advise customers of additional accessories.

· Day shift hours, 8-4:30 hours with overtime as needed. On-call possibly for emergency. Home daily, local service area.

· You must have a positive attitude and an energetic personality.

· Demonstrate listening, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Preferred knowledge, training and experience working with some Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) / VRV systems.

· Preferrable in-depth knowledge of VRF technology, refrigeration principles and HVAS Industry standards.

Qualifications:

· 5-10+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience

· Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

· Capable of passing a background check

· Relevant certifications in HVAC
