Job summary

ISS Mechanical, a locally owned commercial HVAC company in Central Florida, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. You will perform planned maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and interpret wiring diagrams while delivering high-quality service to our commercial clients.

With 5+ years of HVAC/R experience and EPA certification, you will work safely in indoor and outdoor environments, climb ladders, and support a culture built on relationships and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC/R experience in commercial settings.
• EPA certification is required.
• OEM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned HVAC/R maintenance with precision and professionalism.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC and electrical systems.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Perform service repairs and compressor changes on high-horsepower equipment.
