Job summary

Armock Mechanical Contractor is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and optimize commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and control systems. You will serve as the face of our company on customer sites, ensuring systems operate reliably, efficiently, and safely in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in HVAC service (commercial/industrial).
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required for commercial refrigeration/AC service.
• Associates degree or technical certification in HVAC-R preferred.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment, refrigeration, and controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs on commercial systems.
• Explain work performed and provide upgrade or replacement recommendations to customers.
• Maintain professionalism and leave the work area clean after service visits.
• Document all service work accurately: tickets, time logs, parts used, and system status.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in proper working order.
